Fantastic! As a reformed rib thruster who is working on regaining shoulder and thoracic spine mobility this mini session was so sweet! Thank you from the bottom of my shoulder blades. ;)
HI Lannette -- this feedback makes me smile and I'm so happy that you're feeling the benefit of this series. :)

Did this tonight for the second time and got total overhead touch down! I'm walking around with goosebumps of excitement.

Dearest Amy, The stretch using the pole from the Wonda Chair that you identified as being especially good for the supraspinatus is especially wonderful for me altho I feel more stretch and forward movement of the humeral head ( I have an injury -not well defined- to that shoulder from a high impact automobile accident.) Does this stretch have a name or is there some place I can look up more information. The external rotation with the pole pushing the humerus forward seems to alleviate most of my symptoms. I'd love to study this more.

Thanks Great additions to shoulder mobility. I use the roller a lot already but enjoyed the extra tweaks in there and the weights. Also stick for rotator cuff excellent and just what I am working on. Thanks
