Not gonna lie did this class sans weights and I wasn't that motivated in general today (thanks to my lapse in consistent exercise post partum and now my one year old's VERY early waking) but I have to say that class was a fantastic, efficient workout that left me feeling better and more energized....thank you!
MaryBeth sometimes it helps to prop yourself up on something as simple as a rolled up towel or possibly a foam roller. Another option would be to use your arms as an assist to help generate the range of motion needed to preform the rollover. Finally, don't hesitate to really press into the floor with your straight arms so that your back muscles can help you get over. Hope that helps. Let me know.
