Dear Meredith Rogers , thank you so much for this beautiful class. I relate to your Instructor Style on so many levels and I thoroughly enjoyed this morning's session! Thank you for setting up this challenge! Owning a studio and working through so many bodies (energies) a week leaves very little space for myself to do Pilates. It was so nice to close my eyes and listen to an Instructor that I trust! This was supercool!
