Since I am 76 years old, I loved the rythm. I hope the next classes are not to difficult for me. I loved it.

The classes definitely vary in difficulty. I hope that they work for you.
If not, you could always come back to this one as a substitute when you need.

This is my favourite class - easy to get sloppy when tired but focusing on the fundamentals is really challenging. Thanks Meredith!

Meredith Rogers I'm so happy I decided to start this today. I feel so much more motivated now that I had those 30 minutes of body awareness just to myself. The cue I found most helpful was to engage the abs without the foot lifting off the mat. I've always felt it, but to cue it that way gives a new light to the movement. Can't wait to follow along with the ten-day challenge.
