Meredith Rogers I'm so happy I decided to start this today. I feel so much more motivated now that I had those 30 minutes of body awareness just to myself. The cue I found most helpful was to engage the abs without the foot lifting off the mat. I've always felt it, but to cue it that way gives a new light to the movement. Can't wait to follow along with the ten-day challenge.
