Thank you so much! These are great to get back in the groove. I have a question about the fitness ball. I live in a wry tiny apt and don’t really have room to keep a fitness ball inflated for my workouts...and I know if I have to inflate it each time, I won’t do it. So can I use an alternative when we get to that session? I do have a foam roller and a magic circle. Thx!!!
