Margit, it would be difficult to do the ball workout without a ball. That being said...don't stop. Instead, choose your favorite class so far to do in its place. Or, choose another mat class from the site. Thank you for being here!!
I don’t have a ring (I did but can’t find it!) but did the workout with an imaginary one and it was still excellent! Feeling blood pumping round my body and heart had a good workout as well as the abdominals! Thanks for great ideas and guiding through it..
I am loving this challenge so far! It's challenging for me to slow down my workouts and this is forcing me to slow my pace - I feel so relaxed after and satisfied!!
