Your teaching method is superior because of the variation along the same principals and themes. My body/mind is learning and re-learning important review for someone who has "been offline" for several months and, after only day 5, I can feel the difference, mind,body and soul. SO motivating, clear and fun! Your pace is exactly what is necessary, thank you, Meredith!
