Thank you Meredith. Loved them all. The tempo was very good. The focus for the class was wonderful as are all the flowing movements. I will be revisiting them. I would love to see a class like this on the reformer. OOPs maybe you have that and haven't seen it yet! Thank you again! Great teacher! Judy
Fantastic series Meredith Rogers thank you. Please please do another series. This was exactly what I needed to get motivated and it was the perfect duration to be able to commit to....and definitely have a few new favourites from this series as well!
YAY!!! It took me a while BUT I DID IT!!! GREAT series. Will definately GO BACK to the classes. Thanks Meredith and the TEAM behind the scenes xxxxxxxxxx
Thank you! I love your class! I don't understand only a think: sometime after spine stretch you extend your back but iliac crest in spine stretch is perpendicular to the floor so if I extend my back and I don't change inclination of my iliac crest my back is perpendicular too. Perhaps I don't understand something, I'm italian and my English is not so good! I hope to meet you in Italy for attend your class!
Hi Valentina, I'm not sure I understand your question but I am going to guess at what I think you are asking. In the spine stretch the iliac crest is perpendicular to the floor. Sometimes I do an add on to that exercise called spine stretch with extension where we come from the forward flexed position out to a diagonal line. In this case, the iliac crest would rotate in an anterior direction. Following this, the spine goes back forward and as we bring it back to straight the iliac crest comes back to perpendicular. I hope that helps you. If I misunderstood the question please let me know.
