“ draw our arms back almost like there's a vacuum deep inside the shoulder socket, pulling our humerus bones into place。Now,  of course, maintaining this through a dynamic movement of the leg ” —— That's so amazing to keep my chest open ，although the arms is in front of my body.

Very mindful and deliberate but I do think this is a little too slow and I got frustrated at times wanting to move at a quicker and more challenging place!
