Thank you Cara, so helpful, - I always love your tutorials. The content but also your loving way of making a point but leaving space for a human being to find it, instead of throwing out a theory.. I have on question though - When I am doing the exercises with the arms behind, and I am asked to bring the medial border of the scapula towards each other - I tend to push my ribs forward. For people like me , would you add a cue for the ribs?

Perfect! Thanks for giving me anatomically correct cueing that fits what I was seeing in my clients. I either get too much or not enough shoulder work. Thank you.
Silke Then you have to cue the lumbar spine (the ribs forward) to not go into extension. I think it can be confusing that the ribs go forward keep in mind that is is Lumbar extension that causes that. Does this help?
