I am going to be filming the advanced mat work next week with an extra hour to break down technique. I like the idea as well, and hope to get this streamlined in all the sessions I do, as I personally consider the technique "the inner skeleton" of the work, and teh rhythm and flow - the spirit. They are both essential in balance.

So thank you for your support and agreement, I am wanting to create classes that really serve, as best I can, the Pilates community out there, as with PilatesAnytime I can reach so many more people, and factually, not everyone can take classes with teachers or even get to group classes.
