Loved this class! I am still fairly new to the spine corrector. Any thoughts on what to do if I slip a little bit trying to stay on my sit bones? Also appreciated having modifications for the short and the tall ladies. Thank you!

Hi Pamela! Keep up the great work!! Regarding slipping of your sitz bones a bit----it happens, be patient and know that in time you'll not even think about it. I still slip a little bit, but I'm trying not to. As far as the short and tall ladies.....yes, modifications: this could awhile but I'd love to answer your specific questions if you have some.
