Absolutely loved this workout! The only thing I noticed was that when we were doing the hip adduction move (with the bent knee in a side plank) I felt that specific 'lift' of the bent leg more in that side's oblique muscles than my mid-thigh where you stated you were feeling it. Does that mean I was doing it wrong?
Tracey, I always love your classes and seek them out- that hip adductor was perfection- I felt it right in my inner thigh!!! Amazing! I’m dripping with sweat. Just what I needed. I’m feeling stronger and more centered. Thank you.
