Thanks.  Loved the variations so I lost my tension about not coping and found I could do more than I thought I could.  Great.

Good solid class with lots of core and lengthening.  I am not very flexible and I feel like Kristi works on flexibility (especially spinal rotation)  more than other instructors. I love that she does that. Thanks Kristi! 

I enjoyed this class so much, I thought I'd take it again today.
