Second time I've done this program this week... honestly I have been struggling to do ANY kind of workout this past month.. clearly my body and mind wants THIS kind of care and movement.. seriously please make more of this unstructured and easy flowing billow stretching movement, my body, mind and nervous system is crying for it, in the current climate high intensity and over instructed, over yogic thinking movement/workout/practice is just not working for me... thank you, my body, mind and nervous system thanks you. And also as a yoga practitioner.. I get more from this than any yoga video right now ... so again thank YOU!
