Hi Josh I am glad to hear you enjoyed my class and would be happy to share my experience with tight hamstrings. If you feel more stretch up high I like to work with pelvic positioning and get efficient mobility on anterior pelvic tilt, if you feel the stretch close to the knee I work on ankle flexibility as well as gastroc and soleus muscles if the stretch is evenly distributed or in the center you have to do both approaches.
