Hi Barb Cash , I am so happy to hear not only you thought my class was awesome and gave you a great workout you were also happy that you were able to do the exercises. Listen I know how you feel when you say as graceful as me ( I feel that way sometimes too) but I am happy every day not only get to move but I choose to move. So when I feel not graceful as someone else I focus on the decision that I made which is to MOVE and smile 😀Thank you for choosing to move and moving with me
