I watched the video first and can't wait to give it a try.  So many novel exercises, at least for me.  I will modify some of for my clients, but for me this will be a great fit!

Carolyn H I used one Red but you can also blue or even yellow. Best way to decide start with blue and see if you need to make any adjustments. Let me know if you have any other questions for me
