Great class! Surprisingly, the first part with the ball behind the back was quite challenging. I think I carry alot of tension in my low back. I love using the ball, and you were great with your cues. Thanks for having us in your living room:)

Thank you Amy! I used a yoga bolster for my prop, it was kind of fun and worked for a lot of the variations, but not all lol. 😂 As always, thank you for your energy and creativity!
