Wow! This was sooo fun! Thanks girls. I live on Oahu so every time I see the Waikiki surfiders signs in the background it makes me smile. Wow! This is exactly what I have been looking for. So happy to be discovering Rhythm Pilates and Lisa! After years of ballet I did basic pilates with DVDs a few years back and really liked the pace and movements in pilates, but the musical/dance element was missing. Not anymore! Love love love it! I really liked the way the class was set up with Lisa up front and to the side, while the two wonderful pilates students had their backs facing the camera... it was so easy to see the moves from all angles at all times. Great class, look forward to more! :)
