Hi Bruna T , I am delighted to hear your thoughts about my teaching and classes. I am aware I am not able to cater to everyone's needs in recorded classes, but I always make sure the movement choices I make will benefit my students in live sessions. I also hope that other teachers take this responsibility seriously when sharing information. Thank you!
