Very good class and transitions. I enjoyed the flow of the class and clear instructions. Great well-rounded mat class in 30 minutes targeting breath, core and all muscle groups.

I really appreciate that you were clear about involving effort in the arms throughout the workout. Pressing down on imaginary blocks, applying effort, etc.
This was such a nice traditional mat class, quick and sweet! I loved the use of rowing and flying eagle on the mat work! Makes me want to think of more apparatus work we could put on the mat!
