Because it is the only thing that helps against my brain fatigue after a serious burn out. And it makes me feel good, strong and in control of my body.
Because I love the feeling of strength and control in my body combined with ease and mobility. Because Pilates makes me feel good about myself and makes me walk tall physically and mentally. Because I'm 55 and Pilates is my security for a healthy body as I grow older! Great class thank you!
