when I have time just for myself. I can focus on my movement and cleansing of thoughts. Pilates is one of great helpfull things for it and sometimes also running :) Thank you for really nice lessons during a christmas holidays
When I take the time to centre myself before starting the day. This involves taking time to focus on movement and breath before checking emails and making to do lists.
