I feel centered when I control my movement rhythm from beginning to the end, and I feel that everything goes in circles, both in Pilates and in life.

When I can be, in harmony with breath, body and mind - on or off the mat!

when I have time just for myself. I can focus on my movement and cleansing of thoughts. Pilates is one of great helpfull things for it and sometimes also running :) Thank you for really nice lessons during a christmas holidays

When I  take the time to centre myself before starting the day.  This involves taking time to focus on movement and breath before checking emails and making to do lists.
