Way too fast, especially with many exercises having only 3 repetitions (or just a few more). I needed to change my springs/footbar, then missed the first two reps. and also did not have time to really feel the movement. "Fast" does not equal advanced, it just felt rushed and disorganized.

Great class... especially for those who know the order, reps and transitions..Colleen makes it look so easy and beautiful!
This was incredible! Thank you Adrienne. Loved this quick, advanced class so much. Great for those of us with a really strong advanced practice to move so quickly through the traditional exercises. Absolutely loved. Thanks again for doing this for us.
I return to this class every so often and it never disappoints. Short but mighty and incredibly effective. Holy moly. Body will feel strong and amazing. 

Side note: For anyone who is not a Pilates instructor or advanced practitioner, you might to want to watch first before actually doing the class. There is no time to look.  You must know your exercises by name and know exactly what your spring changes for each are.  All of mine were different than what Adrianne suggested because I have Balanced Body equipment; she's using a Gratz. Also, you might need two springs for Long Stretch instead of one (I used a green). Just food for thought.
