Thank you for this awesome class and for sharing the exercises that took you longer than others to feel comfortable doing in your body. I've been trying to do leg circles in the tree backbend and it's been super challenging, so that made me feel better! It was very reassuring and the class was overall an excellent one and I will no doubt return to it again and again. :)Thank you!
Nice class. The spring tension didn't match my balanced body reformer. It would be good if you could also include the actual tension instead of just saying how many springs are used.
Fab thanks Allyssa …. It’s the first time I managed the full back bend after thigh stretch - with my hubby spotting. It will be a while until I can get in and out if it alone! But you inspired me!
