Cara Reeser I really enjoyed this as a beginner. I will definitely look for the rest in the series that you are referring to as this is the first one I found. I was a tad bit lost in the beginning as I couldn't see what you were doing with the band until I wound it back and watched it up close. It may have been clearer for those who started the series from the beginning.
