Alycea, I just had to say Wow, wow, wow again! I keep coming back to this class as I love it so much. One of the most amazing things I find is that it doesn't matter how many times you follow the classical order you can always continue to challenge yourself more within the system. My theme this week is resistance and I have put alot of your work into my classes for the week which i have credited to you - my students are not sure to thank you or curse you :-} It makes me so happy that I can share new skills and knowledge thanks to yourself and PA and puts me on such a high as both an instructor and student. It is inspiring to know that it doesn't matter how many years you practise the system for there will always be more challenges to look forward too. Thankyou Alcyea and PA!
I really enjoyed this class - it's a new favorite! Please come back and teach some more! I really liked your different approach: teaching us to let go of "what's next." I also liked the way you presented the criss-cross, focusing on staying up through the middle as you went side to side. Thank you for this class!
My teacher, Evita Iliopoulou, a student of Romana, used to tell us that: A successful teaching class, is like a show! This is the reason, why this video inspires so many of us! Cause, Alycea is adding a bit of wit, a bit of her character in it, making it her personal show: expressing her preferences, judgments, humor etc. (my deepest thank to Alycea: Supreme done!)
