Awesome workout. And I agree so much with the importance of adding strength training that I became a Certified Personal Trainer in addition to my Pilates certification! I love being able to offer the weight work for my over 50 clients with osteopenia and osteoporosis. I cannot beleive you are part of the over-50 club! Welcome!!
