Checking back in some months later to say these movements have been instrumental in working on my shoulder issues. I've moved on from doing this video daily to incorporating your Shoulder Care Reformer workout, which I do at least once a week. Left shoulder is feeling more integrated into the back and chest, so definite progress. Many thanks.
