The rolls into a squat are definitely not happening for me yet, but I noticed in this class, I was able to catch my heels on the floor (something I couldn't do in the last class). Just didn't get the momentum to actually stand up. The band work was awesome - I love (and hate, lol) how every second of your classes is a challenge!
Creative class and loved the variations with the band!
