I’ve been dong this most mornings this week and my mobility and flexibility are so much better, i feel it the days I havent done it. This class has been profound for my body at this time, thanks so much Leah

There is so much I really enjoyed about this class - the flow, the rhythm, the instructor. I’ve practiced Pilates off and on for many years and am beginning a more regular workout again. I’m 67, fairly fit but I’m stiffening up! I found the middle section of the video quite challenging. I modified it to suit my physicality. Since this is labeled as a beginner class I was surprised modifications weren’t shown. I’m in the free trial period and hope to find similar classes and perhaps more suited to me.
Love your voice and the fluid movement. However, as a beginner, I need more directives. I got lost as I am a true beginner. I enrolled in the free trial period in hopes of learning pilates. This class was listed as beginner but I felt the instruction was not geared towards those of us who are really just starting out. I look forward to taking this class again when I'm able to gain more experience. Am hoping this site has classes for a novice like me, with specific directives so I don't get injured.
