As a dancer, this was fab. I loved the circular motions . A nice change from the more linear pilates stuff.

Brilliant. This is the type of Pilates class I teach in the UK called Fitness Pilates. Lots of inspiration. Music is fantastic, would love to buy a copy. Will be watching this many times over.
