Loved it! I have so many clients that cannot do spinal flexion and I myself have been feeling better leaving things more in neutral. Whenever a class like this comes along , it’s a treat. I love how it was still challenging and creative, but it was attainable. Thank you! Xo

Great class!  I have issues with my neck, and flexion can sometimes be too much for me.  This class was the perfect answer for a bad neck day!  Thank you!!

Manasa Kannan
amazing class and variations! I have heard that the headrest should be down to protect the cervical spine while doing bridges. But here it seems to be lifted, is that advised?
Manasa Kannan Hello depending on machine and person yes put headrest down. The Allegro 2 has minimal height and to be honest when on this reformer if it’s for a short time it’s ok and the hip lifts are low. If you have severe neck issues drop it down absolutely especially in future with any inversions but this would be a no, no anyway with neck issues. So do what’s best for your body. You can see in the video I have no stress on neck, glad you liked the workout!!!! I have a unilateral one coming out soon ✨😁
