I am definitely going to add the adjective, Super, to my list. Who knows if it will sound as charming without the accent but I'm willing to try. Great class, loved the pace and focus!

The video stops playing around 9:31..I have started it over several times, and it still will not play over 9:31.

Kristi~ I would recommend playing the video in Auto-Detect or Low quality and see if that makes it work. Or fast-forward past the point it gets stuck on in Auto-Detect. Please email contact@pilatesanytime.com if you continue having problems.

Good instructions. But it said no props and it used the box for the latter part of the class. It's important to state if props are needed. I don't have a box so i couldn't enjoy half of the class.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience Lourdes, but the box is not considered a prop in a Reformer class. The box is part of a Reformer and is included in every level of class traditionally. You will find that 90% of our Reformer classes will use a Box so it is best to assume it will have a box. I created a video for folks who don't have boxes to help them modify when one is used in class.
