I enjoyed this short workout. 12 min is enough time to challenge yourself! I am sometimes overwhelmed by 1 hr exercise and consequently don't do it. I appreciate learning that 12-20 min IS enough time.
I am new to this site. I have Pilates experience with the personal teacher but almost never did it at home Finally trying to create a habit doing it at home - will use this work out as morning exercise ( or "zaryadka" -that's how we call them in Russia). Thank you Kristi for the workout and thanks to my friend and Pilates teacher Lydia to introducing me to such wonderful web site.
