Another spectacular class! You lovely energy aided me through your most grueling moves, hand on heart! I’m not a reformer fan nor had I previously enjoyed the ‘reformer on the mat’ flows but this class is already my firm favourite and will be repeated at least every 2 weeks! Thank you, Dane. You are simply wonderful 🤩
