Great flow. My favorite part was the explanation of wrapping the fingers around the foot bar and using the entire arm for the pikes. Such a great cue to help our clients with their wrists!
Hey Courtney, I have the allegro 2 reformers in my studio and when I do a pulling strap from a quad position, I have my clients place the supporting hand in the corner of the headrest and rest the supporting arm on the shoulder block as it takes a lot of strain off the supporting wrist and shoulder. Young people like you likely don’t need to do that but many older people do. Great video, I appreciate you. Leigh
