Really liked this one, strength training is all the rage now, but I still prefer Pilates fusion classes. It would be great to have more of these, as reformer is not accessible for most of the people working out from home to add some resistance training.
First off, when you said "I'm in my 50's" I made an audible gasp. You're a force and inspiration Tracey. Thank you for this magnificent workout! It's a perfect blend of strength and pilates. Please more classes with the weights!!!
Wow! You gave a great class... as always! The feeling I get at the end of this workout is empowerment. Many exercises were challenging due to adding weights. For healthy aging, especially for women, we need to focus on strength more than on cardio. I agree with Marija K.: reformer is not accessible for everyone so I definitely vote for more Pilates classes with weights!
