I don’t often comment but what a special treat to see James returning to Pilates Anytime. I was fortunate enough to be able to practice, with their teacher Anna,  at his studio in London for a little while. My body never felt so alive and expansive. I hope this practice is part of a series?

I’m so excited to see James d’Silva back on Pilates Anytime! What a brilliant class. Wonderful flow, great stretches, and really deep work. It will take some time for me to learn all the choreography, but really looking forward to doing so. I hope PA will have more of James’ classes - really keeping my fingers crossed for one of his barre classes!🤞🙏🙏
