That was a very intense class. Great for winter weather!

I lack ankle weights, but used 3 lb dumbbells for the first arm sequences. Since I don't have prehensile toes, I had to abandon this approach for the latter half.

I loved the pace and the variety of the classes! Thanks for an excellent class!
Great glute series at the end!
