I really enjoyed this workshop and like the application toward the end with a reformer workout for Back Care. I would like to see more from Polestar in workshops & classes. The one thing that I wished was different is if we could have had a different reformer workout than one that is posted on the site already to view. When paying for a workshop, it would be nice to have that extra that we paid for. Thanks!

Hi Im from Australia, Melbourne and would like to do this course online and hope to complete it and gain the CEC's here in Australia with the Australian Pilates Method Association. Is there a time frame to complete it before you cannot do quiz and receive certificate. Our courses here online have deadlines between reading and testing. Many thanks

Adele ~ We do not impose a time limit between when you watch the videos and when you take the quiz. We do not recommend waiting a long time as you may forget the material. I hope this answers your question.
