Dear Meredith, I am working towards becoming a Pilates instructor and just want to say I really enjoy your classes! Easy to follow and very nice pace! Love it! Thanks!
I really enjoy your cues, Meredith. My body needs more spinal extension that you do in this class (and earlier than the :50 mark). Is that a BASI thing to do extension only at the end? Just curious as I noticed it in Kristy's classes too. I paused, did a few swans and then continued with the class, so not a problem for me :)
Yes Erin, BASI usually saves back extension until the middle or end of class when the body is nice and warm. I applaud you for making the class work your body though...well done! And, thank you!
