This is an excellent workout! I have difficulty with the tendon stretch and can only do two dips instead of three. I keep pushing myself and this class is just the right amount of challenge for me. All of Courtney's classes are extremely beneficial to me. Thank you. 
Loved this just need to do it daily until I can do each  progression
