Am not quite sure how to describe it but, I felt the session wasn't really flowing, like was going nowhere. When class was over, it felt like i need to start my practice now.....

It was sometimes a bit confusing to have the teacher adress someone out of our visual space, and sometimes I felt like her chattering didn't let me focus... But all in all a good class, it's going to my favorites so I can do it over again some other time.

Sorry that your experience was less than stellar.
Sometimes, when filming, people choose to be off camera but I feel that it is important to include them in the class regardless.
I hope that your experience will be better in the future!
