First time doing this workout, I had to put my weights down during the last half, and I work with weights at least 4 times a week but in a different body manner! That tells you how heavy my arms were with this workout. Thanks Meredith!

Great class! I know its a few years old but I really enjoyed doing this class, especially opening up through the hips with the standing work. Thank you!
