Thanks Brent and Kristi! I'm a Pilates-based PT in Honolulu with back problems of my own. Great material for my patients and myself:)

Fantastic! Pilates addresses so much more than the bones and muscles...thank you for the insight. It's probably out there already, but I sure have so many sensitive backs, herniated discs being referred to me..especially mid 60 year old men/golfers...kyphotic, tight hip flexors, poor thoracic mobility trying to avoid surgery and living by their cortisone injections. In fact they come to me when their cortisone is wearing out..they work..feel a bit better..then return for another injection and stop Pilates for 6 weeks because they are pain free. aghhh Would love to see a back care basics reformer class with this person as your subject. Thank you Dr. Brent and Kristi for all you do! I will definitely view your back care workshop. Thanks again!
Bent! Love this information! And Kristi always impressive watching you! Just curious , I've got a lot of clients wanting to use the large ball in class. Is it possible to do something similar in detail on the ball? I can imagine some of these exercise brought to the mat with ease but the (large) ball is another animal and have always kept it more general than so detailed as reflected in this routine.... It would be nice to see something if at all possible... (Simply as I don't have space for a reformer though have taught on it before . Love it

Wow! What a fantastic class, very opening so I can understand Kristi's reaction. Thank you for the lovely style of teaching.
Great class!!! Loved the instruction. I agree - camera angles were great! Thanks for sharing - both of you!!

I began watching some time ago and wasn't able to complete the viewing of this session with Brent. When I was able to complete watching it, I felt so inspired by the two of you. Even by watching and listening I tend to 'feel' as if I am the person lying on the Reformer. In this case, I felt you Kristi. The last part with Brent while doing the Mermaid series was especially moving. I wanted to cry!
It is nearly a year later...Kristi, I hope you have returned to good health, and I am so appreciative to Pilatesanytime for giving such a wonderful service to the Pilates community! I love Brent. I have had not much contact with him, even though I am a Polestar person, so seeing and listening to him this way has been wonderful! Thanks!
I really enjoyed this class. I especially liked the bridging with the hip shifts. Also the use of the yoga brick with legs in straps felt great. Wonderful mermaid variation.
