OMG, I was questioning whether or not to continue my membership BUT I just did your class!! You are amazing. Your cuing is spot on, love the pace and the fact you know that woman enjoy working hips, butts and thighs makes it even greater. I am an avid follower and a Pilates Anytime lover now because of you :)
I have to say so far this is one of my favorites. It's a bit hard for me but I love the fact that all but one time she tells us which springs to have on and the fact that when I am unable to look at TV I can understand her cuing. I'm going to push through and hopefully be able to go all the way through one day.
