Courtney loved this workout as much as I have enjoyed every video you have put up. Always creative, challenging and brilliantly cued. I am a Stott trained instructor and was very happy when you came on board to join the Pilates Anytime family. I am also a classical ballet dancer and was a little concerned to see that your heels are often lifted when landing your jumps on the jumpboard. I have a short Achilles tendon and have suffered my share of tendonitis which has been attributed to landing with lifted heels- for me it is a continual work in progress. Thought I'd mention it for members that are not instructors and might not know the difference or that landing a little higher on board could help remedy this. Of course, there are certain genetic physical impediments that can make landing with heels down pretty unlikely.
Not only was it a great workout but your cueing and timing are perfect. Although all the teachers on PA are great, not all are able to give the correct timing/cueing for us when we are trying to follow the class at home. You were always great with the spring tension, reps and enough time to transition. Perfect!
