This is a great class. It flows nicely, is well-cued, and runs a good pace so packs a lot in. That said, it's a little too hard for me at the moment as being a lifelong cyclist I have tight quads/hamstrings and my core isn't that strong. But hopefully after a few months of quarantine-inspired practice, I will be able to do something like this without too much difficulty.
Great Basic class. Great pace. Perfect for a quick morning workout. No fluff no crazy cues about centering into the earth. Straight up Pilates. Loved it.
